SUBMIT FILES & INFORMATION TO OUR OFFICE

Using emails with file attachments to send us information has limitations and security risk issues (discussed at the bottom of this page). We have provided an alternative method for you to safely* upload and send files to our office.

FILE SUBMISSION DIALOGUE BOX – Note that a password is required in the dialogue box below to be able to submit your file(s). Please contact our office to get the current password if you haven’t already done so.

* The secure service we engage to transfer files utilizes SAS70 type II / SSAE16 compliant data centers to ensure that private data is protected. It is the industry gold standard for the robust delivery and security of data. All data is transferred using military grade 128-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption, and is saved with military-grade 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).

WHY NOT EMAIL? – Emailing us with file attachments may not be the best way to get us information. The two major considerations are:

  1. Large File Size – File attachments are sometimes too large for your email servers restrictions preventing you from even getting the information out from your computer. A common example are accounting backup files (ie- QuickBooks).
  2. Security Limitations – The IT community has documented that emails and attached files have limited security protection. Email wasn’t designed with security in mind and content is not encrypted.

By using the alternative alternative method for sending us information above, you can confidently send files of any size. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
