Collection and Use of Personal Information

- Unique identifiers such as user name, account number, and password
- Government identification numbers such as Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number

- Assess the needs of your business to determine if any suitable products or services are necessary

Opt-Out Instructions
Email Opt-Out: You may choose to stop receiving our newsletters, marketing or sales emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or you can contact us at [email protected].
Text Message Opt-Out: You may choose to stop receiving text messages from us by simply responding with either “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which you received the message. Information Obtained from Third Parties

You authorize us to collect and share with our payments provider Stripe your personal information including full name, date of birth, social security number, physical address, email address and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. We use cookies to keep track of your preferences and profile information. Cookies are also used to collect general usage and volume statistical information that does not include personal information. We use another company to place cookies on your computer to collect non-personally identifiable information to compile aggregated statistics for us about visitors to our site.
Web Beacons

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may retain or use your information as necessary to comply with our policies, legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
The IRS requires us to retain filed tax returns, workpapers, and other relevant accounting documentation for a period of at least seven years. Therefore, at minimum we will retain any tax-related information for seven years.
